Character rules

RULES:
1. NOONE without VERY SPECIAL permission from a staff member can start out with a Visard or Arrancar. Arrancar creation, and hollowfication MUST be rped out, if you did not have permission to start as one.rp must be done with an admin, either rping Aizen or the hollow. Staff do not abuse this please.
2. NO STARTING OUT WITH BANKAI OR SHIKAI WITH OUT PERMISSION FROM STAFF, ONLY ONE CHAR MAY START OUT AS WITH BANKIA, AND ONLY TWO WITH SHIKIA.
3. Explain how the **** your Quincy is still alive. Quincy’s may not have training.
4. NOONE without permission from staff can start a hollow above regular form.
5. NOONE can be a seated member without permission of staff.
6. 3 chars for each race, and one…custom, by order of head admin.
